The short version

This website is a shop window. You can't create an account here and we don't take payment here. We don't ask for your name, address or phone number — unless you choose to leave a name and contact in the feedback form. Every order happens on Shopee.

What we collect

Only anonymous usage statistics, and only if you agree — which shades get looked at, how often the try-on is used, and how many people tap through to our shops. We count this ourselves using a random code for your visit, and we use Meta Pixel for advertising. It is not linked to your name and we cannot identify you from it.

If you say no, we record nothing and no tracking script loads at all, and nothing about the site stops working.

We keep the detailed statistics for 30 days. After that, only daily totals remain (for example, how many page views a day) — the random visit codes are deleted.

Boosting our opening

Before our official opening, you can tap “Boost the opening”. Only when you tap it, we store a random code in your browser and the same code with the time on our server — so each browser counts once. It is not linked to your name or to the statistics above, and we don't use it for anything else.

What happens on Shopee

The moment you tap a buy button you leave this website. Your order, payment, delivery address and any account details are handled by Shopee under that platform's own privacy policy — we never see your payment details, and we cannot track you once you are there.

WhatsApp and email

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we'll have whatever you send us — kept only to answer you, and not used for marketing unless you ask for it.

Product feedback you send us

If you use the feedback form, we keep what you wrote, the product, your rating and where you bought it. Only our team can read it; it is never shown on this website.

Leaving a name and phone number or email is optional. If you do, we use it only to reply to you. Leave it blank and your feedback stays anonymous. Contact details are stored separately from the feedback itself, and you can ask us to delete your feedback at any time using the contact details below.

Reviews on this site

Any reviews shown here are copied from our public listings on Shopee exactly as the buyer wrote them, including the platform's masked display name. We never write reviews ourselves.

Where your information is kept

We use service providers to run this website: the database (feedback, statistics, opening boosts) is hosted by Supabase in Singapore, and the website and images are served by Cloudflare. If you allow analytics, Meta receives Meta Pixel data under Meta's own privacy policy. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the contact email below and we'll reply within 21 days.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice at any time, right here — turning it off is as easy as turning it on.
